The first week...
went very fast. It's amazing how quickly 30 hours can go when new information is thrown at you constantly. I have a lot to learn and figure out, but I love it!!! It is so fun to be back in the Food Science and Nutrition department. I really think that once I get a handle on what I need to know and do, it is going to be a position that I could be at for a long time.
