1. How to eat with a spoon. More gets on the bib (or down the shirt) than in the mouth.
2. What snow is. Not sure what to do. Couldn't use hands because of the mittens and had never walked in boots before. 
3. How fun swimming can be. Would have stayed in the water forever even though lips were blue.
